Photos Needed for the 2009 Kaldron

Organization Members: Please submit up to three of your favorite JPG photos of your organization's members (ideally including seniors) and/or activities to osi@allegheny.edu by February 15, 2010. To assist the yearbook staff in identifying your club/organization's members, please include the name(s) of the people appearing in the photo(s) from left to right.

Kaldron Yearbook

The Kaldron, senior memory book, is produced under the advisement of the Office of Student Involvement. Work study students and other student volunteers assist as section editors and photographers. The Kaldron is funded by the College and is provided as a gift to all members of the senior class. The book is received and mailed in September, following graduation, to the home address listed with the Alumni Office.

Senior Portraits:
Seniors - Schedule an appointment with Herff Jones Photography by logging onto www.ouryear.com, school code 709 or by calling 1-800-OUR-YEAR (687-9327), during normal business hours. To be included in the yearbook, portraits must be taken by Herff Jones Photography. Portrait sessions are free of charge and you will be given the opportunity to select the portrait to be included in the yearbook. Portrait packages will be mailed by Herff Jones Photography to your home address for your consideration in ordering prints.

Attire: Men are encouraged to wear a suit or business attire; Women a blouse or business attire. Herff Jones Photography will provide a cap, gown, hood and tassel for photos.

Portrait Sessions will occur in the Campus Center.

To be included in the yearbook, all senior portraits must be taken by Herff Jones Photography.

Yearbooks Available For Sale:
Kaldrons from 2007 and 2008 are available for purchase at $20.00 each. Stop by the Office of Student Involvement on the third floor of the Campus Center to view and purchase the book. In addition to the senior portrait section, sections for sports teams, clubs/organizations and major events are included in the book. Purchases are available by check and/or cash only. Payment may also be mailed to Allegheny College Student Involvement, 520 North Main Street, Meadville, PA 16335 with a note including the address to mail the yearbook and payment of $20.00.
