Reporting Profits. As per the ASG Constitution and Bylaws: ASG recognized organizations conducing fundraisers must submit their earnings to the ASG treasurer.
Selling food items? In order to hold fundraisers including the sales of food items, please contact Ron Simko in Sodexho Dining Services at rsimko@allegheny.edu x2317. Sodexho will grant such requests within reason.
Safe. For the safety of your members and profits, please utilize the Student Activities safe! The drop safe is located outside the Student Activities office in the campus center (Room 310) and works as a mail slot. Deposits can be made between 6:00 a.m. and midnight every day! Money can be picked up during student activities business hours.
Athletic Events. Organizations wishing to hold raffles at Allegheny Athletic events must contact Mandy Prusia in the Athletic Department to acquire a form and subsquent approval.
