Please note, all catering orders have to be confirmed (meaning final numbers or quantities) more than 48 hours prior to your event. (Please note: Kate works during regular business hours.)
Selling food items? In order to hold fundraisers including the sales of food items, please contact Ron Simko in Sodexho Dining Services at rsimko@allegheny.edu x2317. Sodexho will grant such requests within reason.
Having food at your meeting or event? Allegheny has contractural agreements with companies including Sodexho and Pepsi. Sodexho is the on campus caterer for Allegheny College. Groups wishing to purchase drinks for their meetings or events from their ASG budgets should buy Pepsi products. Allegheny can not knowingly purchase or reimburse events that serve anything but Pepsi.
